Quantum mechanics

Quantum mechanics describes the behavior of matter and energy with interactions of quanta on atomic and subatomic scale.



It is a mathematical description method and not "the explanation of physics".

In quantum mechanics you always have to take the uncertainty principle into account. The effects of relativity can only be neglected if speeds do not come close to the speed of light.



In nature no infinitely small objects exist. Infinitely large quantities do not exist either. Anyway you can calculate with it in mathematics. You must always keep in mind that this can lead to absurd situations.
